Where We Ship
We currently ship to customers within Australia only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM (Australian Eastern Time) will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia, with no minimum spend required.
Estimated Delivery Times
Please allow the following estimated timeframes for delivery after your order has been dispatched:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high-volume periods such as sale events or public holidays. Charlotte Collective is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or external circumstances beyond our control.
Multiple Parcels
If you order multiple items, they may be dispatched separately and arrive in more than one parcel. You will receive tracking information for each shipment. Please do not be alarmed if you do not receive all items at the same time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. In some cases, international customs fees or import duties may be applied to your order by Australian border authorities. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Charlotte Collective has no control over these charges and is unable to predict or cover their cost.
If you have questions about customs or duties, we recommend contacting the Australian Border Force prior to placing your order.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Charlotte Collective is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of order.
If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at infocharlottecollective@gmail.com and we will do our best to update your details before dispatch.
We are currently unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply in these circumstances.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at infocharlottecollective@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and work to provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy if goods are lost or damaged in transit. We are committed to ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition.
